FormParcel is a product of Online Scope Labs, India (“we”, “us”). We run the FormParcel website and service. Address: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Email: info@formparcel.live.
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, create an account, or use FormParcel to receive leads from your forms. Effective date: .
2. Your data and your visitors' data
Account data is about the people who sign in to FormParcel, our customers. We decide how it is used, as described in this policy.
Form submissions are what visitors type into a customer's website form. The customer, usually an agency or freelancer, decides what a form collects and why. We handle submissions only on the customer's behalf and on their instructions, to deliver them where the customer chooses. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the customer is the data fiduciary for those submissions and we are its data processor.
If you filled in a form on someone else's website and have a question about your data, please contact that website's owner first. We will help them answer you.
3. What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and profile picture, received from Google when you sign in with Google, and the data needed to keep you signed in.
- Billing data: your plan, the status of your subscription, and the payment confirmations Razorpay sends us. You enter your payment details on Razorpay's own checkout. They never reach FormParcel.
- Google connection data: when you connect Google Sheets, the email address of the Google account you connect, the permission Google gives us, and the names and links of the spreadsheets FormParcel creates for you.
- Workspace data: the names of the sites and forms you set up, and the website addresses you enter for them.
- Form submissions, handled for our customers: the values a visitor submits, the page the submission came from, when it arrived, and a record of its delivery (the receipt).
- Email data: where you use email features, the addresses you add to receive leads and whether each has confirmed, the address a visitor typed if you turn on an automatic reply, and delivery events such as bounces.
- Technical data: network addresses and basic request details, used to keep the service secure, protect forms from spam and abuse, and fix problems.
- Cookies: the FormParcel app sets a cookie to keep you signed in. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
4. Why we use it
- To accept form submissions, deliver them where you choose, and show you a receipt for each lead.
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To send you emails about your account and about forms that need your attention.
- To take payment for a paid plan and keep billing records.
- To protect the service and your forms from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To answer support requests, fix problems and meet our legal obligations.
We use personal data only for these purposes. We do not sell personal data, we do not use form submissions for advertising, and we do not use them to train artificial intelligence models.
5. Google user data and Limited Use
FormParcel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including the Limited Use requirements.
- What we access. When you sign in with Google: only your name, email address and profile picture. When you connect Google Sheets: permission to create spreadsheets and to read and write only the spreadsheets FormParcel creates (the
drive.filescope), and your Google account email address to show which account is connected. We cannot see the rest of your Google Drive. - How we use it. Only to provide the features you use: signing you in, creating a spreadsheet, and adding a row for each lead.
- What we do not do. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide the service, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with notice to you.
- Human access. Our people do not read your Google user data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed to investigate security or abuse, or the law requires it.
- Your control. You can disconnect Google in FormParcel, or remove FormParcel's access at any time in your Google Account settings. After that, we cannot add new rows to your spreadsheet.
6. Who we share data with
We share personal data only as described here.
- Service providers. We use providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery and payment processing. They handle data only to provide their service to us, on our instructions.
- Razorpay processes payments for paid plans. It receives the plan and billing period you choose, your account email address, and the payment details you enter on its checkout. FormParcel never sees card details.
- Google, only when you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Sheets. Lead rows are written to the spreadsheet you connect.
- People you choose. Where you use email features, each recipient you add gets the leads you send them. Copies then live in their mailboxes, outside our control.
- When the law requires it. We may disclose data to comply with a law, a court order or a lawful request from a public authority, or to protect the safety of people or the service.
- If the business changes hands. If FormParcel is sold or merged, data may pass to the new owner under this policy. We will tell you first.
7. How long we keep it
This is what the Free plan does today.
- Lead content, delivered: deleted from FormParcel 7 days after we accept the lead. Your spreadsheet keeps its own copy for as long as you keep it.
- Lead content, not delivered: kept for up to 30 days after we accept the lead, so it can still be delivered once a problem is fixed. After that it is deleted and can no longer be sent.
- Delivery receipts: the record of when a lead arrived and where it went, with no lead content. They are kept while your account exists. Your plan sets how far back you can view them; on the Free plan, 30 days.
- Account, workspace and Google connection data: kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your forms stop accepting leads at once and the rest is removed within a day.
- Email records: a record of emails we send, without lead content, and a list of addresses that bounced or complained, kept so we do not email them again.
- Backups: kept for about 35 days, then deleted.
- Billing records: kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Paid plans may differ, as shown on the pricing page. We may change these periods. If a change means we keep your data for less time, we will tell you before it applies.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, restrict who can access data, and keep lead content only as long as needed. The security page says more. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to access your personal data, correct or update it, have it erased, withdraw consent you have given, and nominate someone to act for you. You also have the right to have a grievance addressed.
In the dashboard you can copy or delete a lead's content, disconnect Google and delete your account. For anything else, email us using the details below. We may need to confirm who you are first. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10. Children
FormParcel is a business tool for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top. For a material change, including any change to how we use Google user data, we will tell account holders by email before it applies.
