1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Online Scope Labs, India (“we”, “us”). FormParcel is a product of Online Scope Labs. By creating an account or using FormParcel, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use FormParcel. Effective date: .
If you use FormParcel for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that business.

2. Who can use FormParcel
- You must be at least 18 years old to use FormParcel.
- FormParcel is for business use by agencies, freelancers and their teams, not for personal or household use.
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- If you use FormParcel on a client's website, you confirm you have the client's permission to do so and to handle their leads this way.
3. The service
FormParcel receives submissions from your website forms, delivers them to a Google Sheet you connect and, where available and you choose it, by email to recipients you add, and shows you a receipt for each lead.
We may change, add or remove features. Features marked “Coming soon” on our website are not yet available and are not part of the service.
4. Your forms and data
You own your forms and the leads they collect. You give us permission to handle them only as needed to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for what your forms collect, for telling visitors how their data will be used, and for having a lawful basis, such as consent, to collect it. Add an email address as a recipient only if its owner agrees to receive your leads.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FormParcel to:
- Collect passwords, payment card numbers, bank details, government ID numbers, health information or other highly sensitive data.
- Send spam, run phishing, or collect data from people who have not chosen to submit it.
- Handle content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or work around plan limits.
We may pause or remove a form, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.
6. Google integration
When you connect Google Sheets, you let FormParcel create spreadsheets and add rows to them for you. You can remove that access at any time in your Google Account settings. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms.
Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. FormParcel is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Google.
7. Delivery and availability
Accepting a lead and delivering it are separate steps, and each lead's receipt shows both. Delivery to a spreadsheet depends on Google and on your spreadsheet staying available. When a delivery needs your action, the dashboard tells you.
Lead content of a delivered lead is deleted from FormParcel 7 days after we accept it. A lead that has not been delivered is kept for up to 30 days, and after that it is deleted and cannot be sent. For email, delivered means the message was accepted for sending; we cannot control whether it reaches an inbox.
We work to keep FormParcel running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer an uptime commitment.
8. Plans, payments and taxes
Plans, prices and limits are on the pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and are paid through Razorpay. No GST is charged. Payments go through Razorpay Checkout. FormParcel never sees your card details. A paid plan is a subscription. It renews each month or each year until you cancel.
Plan limits apply, and working around them is not allowed. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Your plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. If a payment fails, Razorpay retries it and your plan stays for 7 days from the first failure. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan. While a payment is failing, the Billing page offers an "Update payment method" button.
Payments are final and are not refunded. The cancellation and refund policy and the delivery policy describe the rest of what applies to payments. If we change prices, we will tell you before a new price applies to your plan.
9. Cancelling, suspension and ending
You can stop using FormParcel at any time, cancel a paid plan from the Billing page, and delete your account from Settings.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your use puts the service or others at risk, or if the law requires it. We may also stop offering FormParcel; if we do, we will tell account holders in advance so they can move their forms. When an account ends, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
10. Warranties and liability
FormParcel is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the service beyond those written in these terms, including any implied promise that it is fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, leads or data. Our total liability for all claims about FormParcel is limited to the amount you paid us for FormParcel in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.
You are responsible for claims made against us because of what your forms collect or how you use FormParcel in breach of these terms or the law.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date and, for a material change, email account holders before it applies. If you keep using FormParcel after a change applies, you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can cancel and stop using it.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about FormParcel.
