Every accepted lead gets a delivery receipt.

Point your website’s form at FormParcel. Each lead is stored first, then emailed to you and added to your Google Sheet, with a receipt that tracks it until it lands.

Free plan: 50 leads a month. No card needed.

Example lead: accepted, then delivered to Google Sheet “Leads 2026”.

On every plan, for every lead

01 · How it works

Live in three steps

No form builder and no migration. Your page keeps its own design.

  1. 1

    Point your form at FormParcel

Change one attribute, the form’s action. Or send it with fetch.

  2. 2

    Every lead gets a receipt

Stored first, then answered. The receipt ID is your proof it arrived.

  3. 3

    It lands in your Sheet

A new row, retried if Google is busy. If a person is needed, the receipt says what to fix.

How a lead is handled

Works with the site you already have

One short guide per platform, with one block to copy.

In your inbox and your Google Sheet

  • In the Google account you choose: yours or your client’s.
  • Text that would run as a formula is neutralised first.
  • A new field waits for your review, never the wrong column.
  • A renamed header row pauses delivery instead of shifting columns.
  • Each lead is also emailed to the people you add.
Example data: a Google Sheet with one row per lead and the receipt ID in column A, matched to its receipt.

Spam is held, never delivered

Every form runs FormParcel’s own bot check, with no cookies and no widget. Suspected spam waits in a Spam folder and is never counted.

Release a real lead with Not spam. A site can add Cloudflare Turnstile with its own free keys.

Example data: two leads delivered and one submission held as spam, with a Not spam button to release it.
02 · Pricing

Free for 50 leads a month

Pay for volume and client sites, never for reliability.

Receipts, retries and repair on every plan. No GST is charged.

Questions

Why not wire a form to Zapier or Apps Script myself?

You can, and for one low-stakes form it may be enough. The difference shows when something fails.

A hand-built form to Sheet pipeline compared with FormParcel
What happensForm → Zapier or Apps Script → SheetFormParcel
Proof a lead arrivedA row in the Sheet, or nothing. A failed attempt leaves no record unless you log it yourself.A receipt per lead: accepted, delivered or needs action, with times and attempts.
When Google is slow or downThe call fails. Unless you wrote retries, the lead is not stored anywhere else. The lead is stored first, then delivery is retried automatically.
When someone edits the Sheet's columnsValues can land in the wrong columns without warning.Delivery pauses and flags it, instead of writing into misaligned columns.
When a form gains a new fieldThe field may be dropped, or added where you did not plan for it.The lead waits for your review, so nothing is dropped.
Who owns the Google Sheet?

FormParcel creates each form’s Sheet in the Google account you choose, so it can live in your own Drive or in your client’s. Signing in shares only your name and email, and Sheet access is a separate, narrower permission that covers only the files FormParcel creates.

What happens to a lead if Google Sheets is down?

The lead is stored first, then FormParcel retries delivery on a schedule and the receipt shows it as retrying. If something needs a person, such as a deleted Sheet, the receipt names the problem and the lead waits. Content of a lead that has not been delivered is kept for up to 30 days.

What happens if I go over my monthly limit?

Going over your monthly limit does not stop delivery. Until a workspace has used three times its limit, every lead is still stored and delivered to your Sheet and by email. At three times the limit, the form refuses new leads for the rest of the month. The visitor is told plainly that their message was not accepted. A refused lead is not saved and has no receipt. Spam is not counted toward your limit.

Can visitors upload files, or can I collect payment details?

No. FormParcel accepts text fields only and refuses file uploads. A submission with a field named like a password or card detail, such as password or card number, is refused, and no receipt is created.
