Squarespace
Untested: Not yet tested on a live site. The steps follow how the form address works today; if one differs, tell us.
Paste a FormParcel form into a Squarespace Code block. Its bot check script runs only on plans that allow JavaScript in Code blocks.
Add a Code block
Squarespace’s own Form block sends to Squarespace, so it cannot be used. Instead, edit the page, add a Code block, set it to HTML, and paste this.
Example form address. Use yours from the dashboard.

<script src="https://f.formparcel.live/f/formparcel.js" async></script>- Set
_nextto a thank-you page on the same site, or delete that line. - The form itself works on every plan. The script line needs a plan that runs JavaScript in Code blocks: Core or higher at the time of writing. Check your plan before you rely on it.
Bot check. A lead sent without FormParcel's bot check is saved but held in your Spam folder, not delivered. That is every post from a server, a webhook or
curl, and every post from a page that does not load the script. The dashboard then shows Bot check not installed under Needs action. Fix: keep the script line on every page that has the form. Learn moreCheck it
Submit the form once from the live site and open its receipt under Leads. If it says Held as spam, the script did not run: see Bot check.
