Paste a FormParcel form into a Shopify theme's Custom Liquid section. Shopify's own contact form sends to Shopify, so it cannot post leads to FormParcel.

Add a Custom Liquid section

In Online Store › Themes › Customize, open the page, choose Add section › Custom Liquid, and paste this.

Example form address. Use yours from the dashboard.

Set _next to a page on your store, such as /pages/thanks with your store’s full address in front, or delete that line.
Not every theme has a Custom Liquid section. Without one, add the form to a page template with Edit code.

Bot check. A lead sent without FormParcel's bot check is saved but held in your Spam folder, not delivered. That is every post from a server, a webhook or curl, and every post from a page that does not load the script. The dashboard then shows Bot check not installed under Needs action. Fix: keep the script line on every page that has the form. Learn more

Check it

Submit the form once from the live store and open its receipt under Leads. If nothing arrives, see Troubleshooting.
